Home staging is the process of preparing and presenting a property so it appeals to the widest possible pool of buyers, arranging furniture, decor, and layout to highlight a home’s best features and help buyers picture themselves living there. Staged homes typically sell faster and often for a higher price than unstaged ones.
Do you stage occupied homes, vacant homes, or both?
Both. We offer Occupied Home Staging (working with your existing furniture and decor to reposition and refresh the space) and Vacant Home Staging (bringing in furniture and decor to fill an empty property). We’ll recommend the right approach after seeing the home.
How do I know if my home needs staging?
If you’re preparing to list, a staging consultation is the best first step. We’ll walk through the property and tell you honestly what will move the needle, sometimes it’s a full staging, sometimes just decluttering and a few key pieces.
How far in advance should I book staging before listing?
We recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks before your target listing date so we have time to schedule a walkthrough, plan the design, and install before your photos and showings.

What happens during a staging consultation?
We walk through your property room by room, assess flow and lighting, note the target buyer profile for your neighborhood and price point, and give you a clear plan, what to keep, remove, rearrange, or bring in.
How long does the staging process take?
A consultation can happen within days of booking. Installation timelines depend on scope a light refresh of an occupied home may take a single day, while a full vacant-home staging typically takes 1–2 days from delivery to final styling.
Do I need to move out or empty the house first?
For occupied staging, no — we work with what’s there and reposition it. For vacant staging, the home should be empty (and ideally clean) before our installation day.
Can I stay in the home while it's on the market with staged furniture?
For occupied staging, yes you continue living there; we simply help arrange the space for showings. For vacant staging, the furniture and decor belong to us and remain until the home sells or the rental period ends.
What happens to the staging furniture after the home sells?
We schedule a de-install and pick everything up once you let us know the home is under contract or your agreed staging period ends. We’ll coordinate a pickup date that works with your closing timeline.
